接受方式How acceptance works

浏览主站或以游客方式试玩不等于创建账号。Google 登录也只用于身份验证，不自动代表接受全部法律文件。用户在启用云存档、同步、积分、购买或账号管理前，会被单独要求确认当时版本的条款和隐私说明；服务会保存版本及确认记录。Browsing the main site or playing as a guest does not create an account. Google sign-in is identity verification and does not itself accept all legal documents. Before cloud save, sync, points, purchases, or account management are enabled, the user is separately asked to acknowledge the then-current Terms and Privacy notice; the service stores the versions and acknowledgement record.

资格与地区Eligibility and region

统一账号和云数据服务仅供中国大陆以外地区使用。用户不得规避服务端地区限制，并必须达到 13 岁及所在地适用的数字同意年龄；未达到时必须由有权监护人依法授权。Shared account and cloud-data services are available only outside mainland China. Users must not bypass server-side region restrictions and must be at least 13 and meet the applicable local age of digital consent; otherwise valid authorization from an authorized guardian is required.

游客和本地数据Guest and local data

公开产品应允许游客直接浏览或试玩，并按产品能力保存本地数据。用户负责保管设备和本地导出。服务或登录失败时，产品不应删除匿名玩家数据。登录后，只有在用户明确确认时才导入本地数据；成功上传后仍暂时保留本地副本以便回滚。Public products should allow direct browsing or guest play and keep local data where the product supports it. Users are responsible for their devices and local exports. Service or sign-in failures must not delete anonymous player data. After sign-in, local data is imported only with explicit user confirmation; a local copy remains temporarily after upload for rollback.

账号安全Account security

用户应保护 Google 账号和设备，发现未经授权的会话时及时撤销或退出全部设备。不得共享、出售、自动化滥用账号，或试图访问其他用户的数据。GetZed 可为安全、合规或防滥用而限制、撤销或暂停账号功能，并在合理可行时提供说明和申诉渠道。Users must protect their Google account and devices and promptly revoke unfamiliar sessions or sign out all devices. Accounts must not be shared, sold, automated abusively, or used to access another user's data. GetZed may limit, revoke, or suspend account features for security, compliance, or abuse prevention and will provide explanation and an appeal channel when reasonably practical.

云存档、同步与冲突Cloud saves, sync, and conflicts

云端能力按产品范围隔离，并可能受到容量、版本和频率限制。脑洞骰子使用幂等导入，血战鬼子按公开确定性规则合并最佳成绩，搞钱帝国在版本冲突时要求用户选择本地版或云端版。用户不应把云端同步当作唯一备份；在产品明确结束回滚期前应保留本地副本和导出。Cloud capabilities are isolated by product and may have capacity, version, and frequency limits. Brain Dice uses idempotent imports, Xuezhan merges best scores under published deterministic rules, and Tycoon asks the user to choose local or cloud when revisions conflict. Cloud sync should not be treated as the only backup; users should keep local copies and exports until the product clearly ends its rollback period.

积分、购买与退款Points, purchases, and refunds

积分是服务内记录，不是货币、存款或可转让财产；可审计流水决定余额。具体商品、价格、税费、支付服务商、交付和退款条件必须在购买前展示，并受退款页面和适用强制性消费者规则约束。不得操纵本地数据、重复导入或利用漏洞获取权益。Points are service records, not currency, deposits, or transferable property; the auditable ledger determines the balance. Products, prices, taxes, payment provider, delivery, and refund conditions must be shown before purchase and remain subject to the Refund page and mandatory consumer rules. Users must not manipulate local data, repeat imports, or exploit defects to obtain entitlements.

可接受使用Acceptable use

不得违法使用服务，不得传播恶意代码、侵害他人权利、骚扰他人、绕过安全或地区控制、干扰可用性、抓取个人数据，或以未经授权方式逆向访问服务。创作与游戏内容仍须遵守对应产品的补充规则。Do not use the service unlawfully, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, harass others, bypass security or region controls, disrupt availability, scrape personal data, or reverse-access the service without authorization. Creative and game content also remains subject to each product's supplemental rules.

用户内容与许可User content and license

用户保留其依法拥有的内容权利。仅为托管、同步、导出、支持和保护服务之目的，用户授予 GetZed 必要的、有限的技术处理许可；账号删除后按隐私说明结束，法律要求或备份轮换除外。用户保证有权上传或同步相关内容。Users retain rights they lawfully hold in their content. They grant GetZed only the limited technical permission needed to host, sync, export, support, and protect the service; it ends after account deletion as described in Privacy, except for legal obligations or backup rotation. Users represent that they have the right to upload or sync the content.

服务变更与可用性Changes and availability

GetZed 可能修复、更新、限制或终止功能。我们会尽合理努力保护本地数据兼容性、提供迁移或导出窗口，并对影响用户权利的重大变更要求新确认，但不保证服务永久、无中断或无错误。GetZed may fix, update, limit, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve local-data compatibility, offer migration or export windows, and request new acknowledgement for material changes affecting user rights, but do not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted, or error-free service.

免责声明与责任限制Disclaimers and limitation

在适用法律允许范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用”提供。任何免责声明或责任限制都不排除法律不能排除的消费者权利、欺诈、故意不当行为或其他强制责任。正式司法管辖、争议解决和责任上限必须由律师在发布前确定。To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No disclaimer or limitation excludes non-waivable consumer rights, fraud, intentional misconduct, or other mandatory liability. Governing law, dispute resolution, and any liability cap must be determined by counsel before launch.

终止、导出与删除Termination, export, and deletion

用户可在账号中心退出、撤销会话、导出数据并删除账号。删除将移除 GetZed 账号和云端产品数据，但不删除 Google 账号，也不自动删除设备本地存档。因严重滥用而终止前，在安全与法律允许时会提供合理导出机会。Users can sign out, revoke sessions, export data, and delete the account in the account center. Deletion removes the GetZed account and cloud product data but not the Google account or device-local saves. Before termination for serious abuse, a reasonable export opportunity will be offered when security and law permit.
